Food Truck Fridays rolls back into Columbia
Columbia, SC (WOLO) — With the chill in the air, the City of Columbia may just be able to heat things up a bit with some delicious dishes for ‘Food Truck Fridays’. The foodie favorite is rolling back into action this Friday giving some Midlands residents a chance to check out some good eats they may not have otherwise had the chance to try.
This Friday, January 19, 2024 Blue Collar Cafe’, which offers a variety of dishes including everything from fried seafood to subs will be featured.
You will also be able to sink your teeth into a wide array of options with the restaurant Bubblelicious as they offer classic fried favorites. According to City officials, the veteran owned popcorn business, Mack’s Poppin’ Kettle will also be featured during the event this Friday. And you can enjoy some tasty franks from Dae’s Delicious Dogs.
The truck will be parked at 2300 Bull Street, which is also the REI co-op parking lot located at the intersection of Bull Street and Colonial Drive from 11 am until 1 pm.
