MUSC, SCSU announce student healthcare partnership

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Students at South Carolina State University will soon get their healthcare from the Medical University of South Carolina.

MUSC announced Thursday morning it will begin providing health services for the Orangeburg HBCU beginning in the spring of this year.

Under this new partnership officials say MUSC Health will deliver telemedicine services and deploy an advanced practice provider to meet the health care needs of the SCSU student community.
