Chipotle expands benefits to attract 19,000 new workers for “burrito season”

(CCN)– Seasonal work for the winter holidays may be over but now job seekers have a new place to look.

Chipotle is gearing up for what it calls “Burrito season”.

Chipotle says its busiest time of year is March through May.

So to prepare for that the company needs to hire 19 thousand people.

Chipotle hopes to attract workers by offering a 4% 401K match for employees who make eligible student loan payments.

The company is also offering six free sessions with a licensed counselor and a Visa card that gives faster access to paychecks.
