Judge denies Murdaugh’s request for a retrial in evidentiary hearing

Richland Co., SC (WOLO) — New for you tonight at 11, Justice Jean Toal with the Richland County Courthouse ruled that Alex Murdaugh’s request for a retrial will not happen.
Murdaugh’s Defense Attorneys claimed that Colleton County Clerk of Court Becky Hill tampered with the jury, influencing their verdicts.
