Midlands man arrested in connection with DUI, hit-and-run, say Columbia police

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– A man was arrested on Saturday in connection to a DUI and a hit-and-run, said the Columbia Police Department.

Valladares Herrera is accused of crashing into a Elmwood Avenue chiropractor’s office.

Also, Columbia investigators said he is accused of side-swiping 2 parked/unoccupied cars on Pendleton moments before crashing into the chiropractor’s office.

The #ColumbiaPDSC Traffic Safety Unit arrested this suspect Saturday night for DUI & Hit & Run after crashing into a chiropractor’s office at the 1300 block of Elmwood Avenue.
