Former Gamecock becomes New York Times Best-Selling Author

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– A former Gamecock and two time WNBA champion can now add New York Times Best Seller to her list.

A’ja Wilson announced on X, formerly known as Twitter the news about her recent book titled ‘Dear Black Girls: How to be true to you’.

Wilson released her first book last week Tuesday and the day after Valentine’s Day she saw it land as number four on the list.

“Dear Black Girls” is 4th on the New York Times’ “Advice, How-to & Misc. and Monthly” list.
