Three accused of string of burglaries in Richland County

 

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Two brothers and another man has been arrested in connection with a string of burglaries, say deputies.

Nicholas Frye, Marcus Frye and Austin Harmon are accused of 20 burglaries and stolen trailer incidents.

The Richland County Sheriff’s Department say all of the incidents happened within five miles of the Frye Brother’ home on Kennerly Road beginning in January of this year.

Trailers, lawn equipment, power tools and spare tires were stolen during the burglaries, say RCSD detectives.

Marcus Frye is charged with five counts of burglary, six counts of grand larceny, 14 counts of petit larceny and one count of breaking into an auto. He received a $345,400 surety bond.
Nicholas Frye is charged with five counts of burglary, three counts of grand larceny, 11 counts of petit larceny and one count of breaking into an auto and his bond was set as a $50,000 surety bond.
Austin Harmon was charged with one count of accessory before the fact and his bond was set at a $7,500 surety bond.
Richland County Investigators are asking for anyone who purchased trailers or saws from the Frye brothers to contact Inv. Oxendale at 803-576-3000 because the items may have been stolen and need to be returned to the victims.
