Obama’s announce plans to start 8 episode podcast

(CNN) — Former first couple Barack and Michelle Obama are taking a look back in history. To be more specific, the years 18-63 to 18-73.

The Obamas’ production company and the History Channel are working on a project based on America’s Reconstruction Era. The network announced an eight-episode podcast to explore the period’s impact on the country.

Those involved say the podcast will feature a variety of voices from literature, journalism, history, and education. No word yet on a release date.
