CNN- New study says the Flu shot is better than FluMist.

The American Academy of Pediatrics updated its annual flu season guidelines, withdrawing its recommendation of the child-friendly FluMist this year.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention found the FluMist is less effective than a flu shot.
