Orangeburg firefighters rescue dog stuck in storm drain
ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WOLO)– The Orangeburg Department of Public Safety has rescued a dog that was trapped in a storm drain.
According to the department, the alpha fire shift answered a call concerning the dog on Windmill Way.
When firefighters arrived to the scene they assessed the situation and lifted the concrete lid.
Firefighters efforts were successful after they were able to rescue Brownie, who had been missing since the previous day.
