Richland Library launches the return of new season of The Market

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland Library has launched the return of The Market at the Richland Library.
The new season officially kick-off on Wednesday, March 20, and ends on Thursday, October 30, at the library.
The event is set to host a spectacular lineup of activities, including a local author showcase featuring renowned author Dawn Smith Jordan, a culinary showcase with Chef Lisa Gieskes, live music by Brian Lennox, and a range of vendors offering diverse products.
In celebration of Women’s History Month, guests can enjoy cornbread while honoring the legacy of Maya Angelou when Chef Lisa Gieskes takes center stage at The Market during a culinary showcase where she will prepare Maya Angelou’s famous cornbread recipe.
The Market at Richland Library will take place on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Richland Library Main and admission is free.
