SC Governor’s request for Bamberg County disaster relief approved

BAMBERG, S.C. (WOLO)– Three months after a tornado tore through downtown Bamberg, the U.S. Small Business Administration approved by Governor Henry McMaster’s request for disaster relief.

Officials say residents and businesses owners who incurred property damage from the tornado are now eligible to apply for low-interest disaster loans.

The loan outreach center is located at the Bamberg County Courthouse.

It’s open on Mondays through Saturdays until April 10th.
