Columbia man pleads guilty to drug charge

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– A Columbia man pleaded guilty to several drug charges.

51-year-old Lontre Wise faces a minimum penalty of 20 years in federal prison. He also faces a fine of up to $1 million.

Columbia Police say they received an anonymous call about someone selling illegal drugs at a home on House Street with people seen coming in and out.

During a search of Wise’s home, investigators found crack cocaine, marijuana and weapons.
