Local Living: Pet adoption special, Monster Jam, Spring plant sale

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– In today’s look at Local Living, the Columbia Animal Services is continuing to celebrate March Madness with an adoption special.

From now until the end of the tournaments on Monday April 8, all adoption fees will be waived.

You can see all the pets up for adoption at the shelter on Humane Lane.

The Monster Jam is roaring back to the Colonial Life Arena this Saturday and Sunday.

Fans can see the massive trucks up close, meet their favorite drivers and take pictures.

Historic Columbia is having a Spring plant sale next week.

Attendees will be able to purchase and learn about a wide range of plants from across the historic sites.

There will also be a variety of heirloom edibles and flowers.

The event takes place on April 11 through April 13, in the gardens of the Hampton-Preston Mansion.
