Traffic Alert: Lanes on I-26 closed after vehicle catches on fire

All lanes on I-26 westbound at the 125 mile marker are currently closed due to a vehicle fire, says highway patrol.

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– All lanes on I-26 westbound at the 125 mile marker are currently closed due to a vehicle fire, says highway patrol.

According to Trooper William Bennett, all westbound traffic is being detoured off at the 125 exit which is Old Sandy Run road.

Also, Trooper Bennett is asking anyone in the area to drive with caution or seek a different route in the area.
