Orangeburg Co., SC (WOLO) — The Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office says a 12 year old boy who was declared missing has been found safe.

Jaylin Scott was declared missing around 6:30 Wednesday night. He was last seen riding his black and blue bicycle near the family’s Vance Road home which is located just outside of the Bowman limits.
