NOAA predicts hot summer across US
(CNN)– Get ready for the heat summer does not officially arrive until the solstice on June 20 but it may be up well before well.
In fact, forecasters at the national Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration predict an unusually hot summer across most of the country.
Warmer-than-average temperatures are expected to especially hit the northeast and large parts of the west.
However, not all forecasters agree, scientists with Accuweather told USA Today that people can expect a milder-than-average summer with hotspots in the northeast and southwest.
