USC students hold Gaza solidarity encampment protest

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The conflict between Israel and Palestine continues to draw passionate reactions across the world including right here in the Midlands.

On Monday at USC students held a Gaza solidarity encampment protest.

Students say the event is also in support of student protesters who were arrested at Columbia University in New York.

The students are planning on continuing their protest for several days.
