COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – A quality assurance coach is giving you some tips to manage stress during National Stress Awareness Month.
Curtis spoke with Ulonda D. Drayton on some signs to be aware of when you or someone you know is highly stressed.
The signs include lack of concentration, more irritable, having trouble sleeping among others.
Below are some tips she offers to help you manage your stress:
- Appreciate your accomplishments (no matter how small they are)
- Set boundaries
- Be more flexible to adapt to any change
- Seek support of a subject matter expert (Spiritual leader, therapist, etc.)
