Columbia water work temporarily disrupts service for some customers
Columbia, SC (WOLO) — Columbia Water Services is working in a neighborhood, but the work is impacting some nearby residents experiencing a temporary disruption in service.
According to the water department, the ongoing work that started at 2 am Tuesday morning is taking place in the Abney Hill Estates Subdivision. Those living along Fulmer Road, Mountain Valley Road, Locklier Road and Blythewood Road may experience low water pressure or no water at all.
The agency apologizes for the inconvenience and says they are working to restore services as quickly as possible.
