Columbia man charged with 2 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– A Columbia man has been arrested in connection with the sexual exploitation of a minor on Sunday, says the attorney general’s office.
South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson says 46-year-old Sean Patrick Dodd was arrested on two charges connected to the sexual exploitation of a minor.
Dodd’s arrest was made by Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force investigators and the Richland County Sheriff’s Department.
Investigators state Dodd distributed files of child sexual abuse material. Both of his charges are a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment on each count.
