Rec. Commission Director Charged with Intimidating Witness

Richland Co. (WOLO)–A spokesperson for the Richland County Sheriff’s Department says Richland County Recreation Commission Director James Brown III turned himself in at Friday afternoon on a charge of intimidating a state witness.
Witnesses told deputies Brown entered the commission headquarters and approached a woman in a threatening manner.
Brown was indicted Wednesday on a charge of misconduct in office.
