Curtis M. Spencer Named SCDOT Commissioner

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Curtis M. Spencer of Sumter has been named a South Carolina Department of Transportation Commissioner, representing the 5th Congressional District.

Spencer is a graduate of Clemson University who works in real estate with American Forest Management/AFM Real Estate.

He is licensed in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia and has assisted clients for more than 20 years.

Also, he previously served on the board of the South Carolina Conservation Bank.
