Blythewood High students create doghouse for RCSD K9 officer

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– A Richland County deputy is in the Doghouse.

This morning construction students at Blythewood High School unveiled a new dog-house they built for K9 Officer Ryder.

Ryder was a rescue pup, the sheriff’s department took in when deputies found him wandering all alone earlier this year.

The house will be placed at Ryder’s home, the Sheriff’s Department Region 6 headquarters.
