A Kid Friendly Halloween Event in the Capital City

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO) — Halloween is often full of scary tricks, but if you have little ones that want to enjoy the day without putting any fear in them.

The Richland Public Library Main location is hosting the “Not so Spooky Halloween Stroll”. Giving your little ones a chance to safely walk up and down Main street and fill their bags full of candy from the more than a dozen area businesses participating.

The event will take place Monday from 3 in the afternoon until 5 in the evening Monday.
