COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Carolina’s Caribbean Culture Festival is kicking off the month of Caribbean-American Heritage Month with a weekend full of events to celebrate the rich history of carnival and Caribbean heritage.

Over four days, the organization will hold 7 events beginning with International Night on Thursday, June 6, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at The Big Apple on Hampton Street.

On Saturday, there will be a free road parade for people to enjoy the Caribbean culture, food and costumes.

The weekend events end on Sunday, June 9, with the grand finale event “Punch’d” from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.
