Deputies: 3 arrested in connection with ’22 shooting death

Lexington Co., S.C. (WOLO)– The Lexington County Sheriff’s Department says Ziyon Ta’hib McKnight has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting in 2022.
McKnight was previously wanted in connection with the death of 22-year-old Harold Peak.
He is being held in the Lexington County Detention Center.

Lexington Co., S.C. (WOLO)– Lexington Co. Deputies say a man and woman were arrested Thursday in connection with a fatal shooting in 2022.
Investigators say in September of that year the South Congaree Police Department notified the Sheriff’s Department about two people found with gunshot wounds inside a car on Edmund Highway.
According to deputies, one passenger, Harold Peak, 22, died at the scene.
During the subsequent investigation, deputies say they determined London Oliver, 26, lead Chendric Brown, 25, and Ziyon McKnight, 24 to the victims’ location where they waited on them to leave and shot them during a drive-by.
Investigators say Brown and Oliver were arrested Thursday, they are still working to locate McKnight.
