Prisma Health’s Camp Kemo celebrates 45th anniversary

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– This week families and kids fighting cancer have the chance to have some fun and de-stress.

Prisma Health’s Camp Kemo is celebrating its 45th anniversary.

Camp Kemo is one of the first of its kind and is fully funded by the Prisma Health Midlands Foundation.

Pediatric staff and volunteers help the camp run each Summer.

One camp counselor was a former camper himself.
