Columbia, S.C. (WOLO) — There are few things sweeter than warm glazed donuts, until you see area law enforcement manning the local Krispy Kreme stores for Special Olympics.

You guessed it, it’s time for the annual Cops on Donuts Shop event where Police officers stand on top of the stores in an effort to raise money and awareness for Special Olympics.

Hope you have a hearty sweet tooth because the event will run through Friday.
