No Timetable on When Some SC Parks will reopen after Hurricane Matthew
HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. (AP) – There’s still no timetable on when some parks and beaches will reopen on Hilton Head Island after Hurricane Matthew.
The town’s chief engineer says getting roads reopened is a priority over cleaning the beaches and parks right now.
About half of the beaches and parks remain closed after last month’s storm.
