Lexington County Council Member accused of Damaging Father-In-Law’s Vehicle
LEXINGTON, S.C.–According to Lexington County deputies, Lexington County Councilman Phillip Heyward Yarborough Jr. was arrested Sunday.
Yarborough, 35, is charged with malicious injury to personal property, say authorities.
Officials say Yarborough was arrested at his home off Palm Drive after deputies interviewed witnesses and determined he reportedly threw a rock at his father-in-law’s vehicle at the same location.
