LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– A Batesburg man is accused of manufacturing crack and meth after Lexington County narcotics agents found drug-making supplies and substances on his property, say Lexington County deputies.

Jarvis Oneil Adams is charged with trafficking meth, and possession of the supplies to manufacture crack, according to arrest warrants.

Sheriff Jay Koon says Lexington County agents identified Adams as a local drug trafficker, which is what led to a search warrant at his home on June 28.

A spoon, whisk, glass containers, and a heating source that field-tested positive for a cocaine base was found in a shed at the home.

An arrest warrants say a box containing more than 400 grams of a clear, crystal-like substance consistent with meth was also found in the shed.

Agents arrested Adams on Friday, June 28, and took him to the Lexington County Detention Center, where he is still being held.
