3 arrested in connection to Bombing Range Road shooting

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County deputies have arrested three suspects in connection with a shooting last month, says the department.
The sheriff’s department was made aware of the shooting when they responded to a call at a local hospital in relation to a gunshot victim around 6 p.m.
Investigators say the shooting took place on June 21, after a dispute between Kiante Siller and two 16-year-olds erupted following a water gun fight on Bombing Range Road behind Bridge Creek Elementary School.
During the altercation, Siller retrieved a gun from the trunk of a vehicle and shot the victim, according to the Richland County Sheriff’s Department.
Siller was arrested on Tuesday, July 2, and charged with four counts of attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
He was booked at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
And the two juveniles who were both arrested on Monday, June 24, were charged with assault and battery 3rd.
