RCSD Seeks Suspect for Shoplifting

Richland Co., S.C. (WOLO)–  Richland County deputies are looking for a man they say was caught on camera shoplifting jewelry.

According to investigators on September 30th, the suspect took more than $1,200 in jewelry from Bill Mishoe’s Auction on Fairfield Rd.
