SLED charges Kershaw County woman with computer crime
KERSHAW COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– A Kershaw County woman has been charged with computer crime on Monday, said SLED.
Julia Haley Baker, 22, is accused of using a State of SC computer system to manipulate customer transactions in a scheme to defraud customers or the SCDMV of funds valued at more than $10,000.
SLED agents said she is accused of doing this between May 1, 2023, and May 16, 20214 while working at the SCDMV Camden location.
Baker was booked into the Kershaw County Detention Center.
