Midlands man charged for attempted sexual exploitation of minors, says AG’s Office
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– A Midlands man has been arrested on three charges connected to attempted sexual exploitation of minors, said the AG’s Office.
Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force investigators arrested 59-year-old Daniel Joseph Larson after they say he solicited and traveled to meet a person he believed to be a minor for sex.
Larson was arrested on July 31, 2024, according to the Attorney General’s Office.
He is charged with two counts of criminal solicitation of a minor, and one count of attempted criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
