Man Finds Frozen Pants in Minnesota

MINNEAPOLIS, MN (CNN) – A pair of frozen pants has some Minnesota residents scratching their heads.

Darren Hayes says he was in downtown Minneapolis and saw these pants, frozen, next to the street.

No word on who they belong to or how they ended up where Hayes found them, but if there’s one thing to takeaway from this, it’s that it’s COLD out there.
