Sindarius Thornwell has had incredible success this season, in fact the Gamecocks are 14-1 with him in the lineup. Without him, USC is just 3-3. Though his minutes are going down as the season winds up, Thornwell’s scoring, rebounds and steals have all increased. Why the crazy good numbers? Thornwell credits extra motivation from a six-game suspension he served last month for a violation of a school policy.
