ABC Columbia learned Tuesday that USC Athletics Director Ray Tanner has requested a review and response from the SEC over the last foul call of the Carolina/Tennessee women’s game on Monday night.
With ten seconds to play and 74-74 tie, Tennessee’s Jaime Nared was fouled on the way to the basket by Carolina’s Tyasha Harris. Nared went to the free throw line and made both foul shots to win the game for Tennessee.
No timetable has been set for a response from the league.
