GoFundMe created for Rock Hill Coach killed while headed to a baseball game in Sumter

(WCCB)– A GoFundMe has been created to help pay for funeral expenses for a Rock Hill baseball coach.

On Saturday, August 10, 29-year-old Jalen Benjamin died in a car crash in Kershaw County.

The Kershaw County Coroner’s Office says Benjamin was on his way to a baseball game in Sumter when the crash happened.

He was a coach at Legion Collegiate Academy.
