It’s Opening Day in Clemson Friday as the 10th-ranked Tigers host Richmond at 4 p.m.
Head Coach Monte Lee begins his second season with Clemson, after a terrific inaugural year with the Tigers, winning the ACC Tournament Championship.
A big reason for that success was reigning ACC Player of the Year, Seth Beer. Last year, he hit 13 home runs and 37 RBI’s in 27 games. While those numbers are outstanding for any freshman, Beer says, he’s looking to do more of the same in 2017.
