Pet of the Week: Deacon!

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Meet Deacon who is at the City of Columbia Animal Services, and would really love to finally experience the love and care he deserves in a home.

Deacon was surrendered and dropped off to the shelter with siblings who have all been adopted so he is the last sibling looking for his forever home.

He about about 4 years old, has a block head and a sweet yet playful personality.

Deacon is nuetered, UTD on vaccines, and microchipped.

At the moment adoption fees are being waived until September 10th for the Clear the Shelters event, so anyone interested in giving Deacon a loving home can visit the shelter on Humane Lane (127 Humane Lane).

Columbia Animal Services is open from Monday through Friday, 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
