Gamecocks Move Start Times For Friday & Saturday Games vs. Wright State

Columbia, S.C. (USC SID) – The Friday and Saturday baseball game times for the Wright State series this weekend have been moved to accommodate more fans to be able to attend both games this weekend.   Friday’s game will be played under the lights at Founders Park with first pitch at 7 p.m.Saturday’s game is now scheduled for 4 p.m.  Both games will be available on SEC Network Plus and can be heard on the Gamecock IMG Network including flagship station, 107.5 FM, “The Game.”

Early season schedules normally feature earlier game times due to anticipated cooler weather in the month of February.  With warm temperatures expected for the weekend, both teams agreed to move the Friday game time to the evening.  With Saturday’s basketball game vs. Tennessee scheduled for 1 p.m. at Colonial Life Arena, the 4 p.m. game time will allow fans to be able to attend both events.
