Orangeburg Co. deputies investigating July break-in at manufacturing plant
ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a July break-in and is asking for the public’s help identifying the person, said deputies.
According to Sheriff Leroy Ravenell, employees of the Gnotec Group contacted the sheriff’s office on July 22 in reference to the break-in.
Security camera showed a male inside the manufacturing plant during the time of the break-in.
He was seen wearing a dark-in-color down or puffer jacket with a hoodie, a black beanie and bright blue sweatpants with white stripes on the sides.
Orangeburg County deputies say the person used a hammer to break into a company vehicle outside and took a pair of HDMI cords, and a Nike jacket from inside the building.
“We have decent video of this individual who not only broke in but also damaged a company truck. If you know who this is, please give us a call,” Sheriff Ravenell said.
Reach with information on the person or if you recognize him by contacting deputies at 803-534-3550.
