Columbia Police Looking For Man Accused of Robbing Subway

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)- Columbia Police are looking for a man they say robbed a local restaurant and injured an employee Friday night.

Officers said a man robbed the Subway at 2108 Devine Street just before 10:00p.m. Witnesses told police the suspect was armed with a sharp object and threatened employees.

According to police, a clerk struggled with the suspect and was slightly injured. The clerk went to a local hospital as a precaution.

Surveillance video helped capture an image of the suspect.
