Fatal Accident Shuts Down Portion of I-77

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO) — The South Carolina Highway Patrol blocked I-77 NB & SB near Forest Drive Thursday evening because of a fatal accident. The Columbia Police Department said there were multiple entrapments.
