Multiple Agencies Help With Water Rescue Attempt

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)-River Drive Bridge was shut down for hours while multiple law enforcement agencies attempted a water rescue Sunday morning.

The Columbia fire department tweeted out that they were looking to rescue one person.

Fire officials along with Columbia Police shut down traffic between Lucius Road and Riverhill Circle.

Authorities say nothing was found during their search.
