LCSD Release Sketch of Shooting Suspect

LEXINGTON, SC (WOLO)-The Lexington County Sheriff’s Department released a composite sketch of the suspect wanted in connection to a shooting Saturday.

Detectives believe the suspect flagged down and approached a vehicle near Old Dunbar Road and Highway 321, and held the occupants at gunpoint. One person was shot, however the wound is non-life threatening.

Victims told deputies that the suspect is about 5’11” with an average build. They said he was wearing jeans and a dark gray hooded sweatshirt.

Officials say the suspect was last seen running toward Edmund Highway.
