Bond Denied for Woman Accused of Murdering Husband and 2 Children

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, SC (WOLO)- The woman accused of killing her husband and two children in a house fire made her first court appearance on Tuesday.

A judge denied bond for 34-year-old Sharon Coleman.

Investigators say Coleman is responsible for the Sunday morning fire that killed Justin Wilson,29, Kenya Coleman,8, and six-year-old Deshawn Wilson.

Officials say a bond hearing with a circuit court judge, will be planned at later date.

“It’s still early in this process and I’d like everybody to keep in mind that, despite what you may see, or may read, or see on social media, Miss Coleman is presumed innocent until proven guilty by confident evidence in a court of law,” Chief Public Defender for Fairfield County, William Frick said.
