RCSD Looking For Suspect Following an Armed Robbery

RICHLAND COUNTY, SC (WOLO)- Deputies are searching for a suspect involved in a armed robbery that happened Saturday night in Richland County.

Authorities say a male victim was visiting his friend at an apartment in the 7500 block of Brookfield Road just after 9:00p.m. when the incident happened.

A male suspect came to the apartment and a verbal altercation took place, according to authorities.

The suspect hit the victim, took his handgun, and pointed it at him while demanding that he leaves.

The victim suffered minor injures.
